One Year Warranty Terms
1. Customer will be responsible for all shipping fees.
2. Customer must contact Eva's Daughters directly for the return shipping address when sending back the items.
3. Customer is responsible for ensuring all items are safely packed before sending them back.
Eva's Daughters will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
4. When sending back the items, customer must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Packages with no tracking will not be processed.
5. Eva's Daughters reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond "normal wear", as determined by our jewelry professionals. 
6. This warranty does not cover jewelry boxes, findings, cleaning products or gift wrap.

Eligibility for Returns

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

- To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

- Custom-made, engraved, or altered jewelry is not eligible for return unless it is defective or damaged upon arrival.


Return Process

1. Request Return Authorization: Customers must email our support team at customerservice@evasdaughters.com to initiate the return. Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable) to expedite the process.

2. Receive Return Instructions: Upon approval, our team will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.

3. Ship the Item: Pack the jewelry securely with all original materials and ship it to the return address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.


Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
Orders are generally shipped within 3 days using either UPS, USPS or DHL shipping. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time. Some products are shipped from an overseas warehouse and shipping times will be longer. Most orders will arrive within 5 to 14 days after shipping. If your order has not arrived after 14 days, please contact customerservices.evasdaughters@outlook.com.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are calculated by the shipping carrier and are based on shipping location and weight.
There is a $2.99 handling fee added to all orders. 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please carefully review the product descriptions to determine return eligibilty. If the product includes "All Sales Final", the item is not returnable, exchangeable or refundable. 

If the item description includes "30 Day Return Policy", you have 30 days from the day your order was delivered to return your items. Returns requested 7 days or more after delivery may be subject to a restocking fee of $3.99.
