Warranty

Eva's Daughters believes wholeheartedly in the quality of our products. We offer a standard one year warranty for all of our jewelry pieces, starting from the date the order was delivered.
One Year Warranty Terms
1. Customer will be responsible for all shipping fees.
2. Customer must contact Eva's Daughters directly for the return shipping address when sending back the items.
3. Customer is responsible for ensuring all items are safely packed before sending them back.
Eva's Daughters will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
4. When sending back the items, customer must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Packages with no tracking will not be processed.
5. Eva's Daughters reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond "normal wear", as determined by our jewelry professionals. 
6. This warranty does not cover jewelry boxes, findings, cleaning products or gift wrap.

Return Policy

We follow the return policies of our suppliers, one of whom does not accept returns on Jewelry unless the product arrived damaged. If the product arrived damaged, there is a 7 day window to contact us regarding an exchange or return. Items that are nonreturnable will have "All sales final" included on the item page. 

All other items have a 30 day return policy. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery if you wish to return these items. After 7 days, a restock fee will be charged. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We follow our suppliers return policy, one of whom considers jewelry to be a final sale product that is nonreturnable or exchangeable. If the item arrives already damaged, please reach out within 7 days to initiate an exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
Exchanges are limited to items that arrive damaged and must be initiated within 7 days after delivery.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-5 days to process your order. This allows us to perform extensive quality checks on your order before sending it to you. Expect an email within 1-5 days to let you
know your order is on the way!

SHIPPING CARRIERS
Orders are generally shipped within 3 days using either UPS, USPS or DHL shipping. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time. Some products are shipped from an overseas warehouse and shipping times will be longer. Most orders will arrive within 5 to 14 days after shipping. If your order has not arrived after 14 days, please contact customerservices.evasdaughters@outlook.com.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are calculated by the shipping carrier and are based on shipping location and weight.
There is a $2.99 handling fee added to all orders. 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please carefully review the product descriptions to determine return eligibilty. If the product includes "All Sales Final", the item is not returnable, exchangeable or refundable. 

If the item description includes "30 Day Return Policy", you have 30 days from the day your order was delivered to return your items. Returns requested 7 days or more after delivery may be subject to a restocking fee of $3.99.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservices.evasdaughters@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
